Hey there! I’m Sophie.
I’m a woman, a mother, a wife, a traveler, a writer, a tarot reader, and a cappuccino drinker... depending on the day, sometimes all at once.
I’m a little impatient and also very patient.
Logical and spiritual.
Calm and fiery.
I’ve lived a thousand versions of myself; the boho backpacker who didn’t own shoes, the workaholic who burned out, the hopeless romantic, the realist, the mother, the woman rediscovering who she is again... and again... and again.
And at some point, I stopped trying to figure out which one was the “real me.”
The Here and There Life was born from that realization; that no boxes is a place.
It’s not about being perfectly balanced. It’s about being whole.
I believe in movement, literal and emotional.
When life feels off, I walk, dance, travel, write, move.
I believe in Love. The kind that’s messy, magnetic, sometimes a mystery, always powerful.
And I believe in living. Really living. Not waiting until everything looks perfect before it’s allowed to feel good. Not letting life become magic-less, but also not denying reality.
Motherhood cracked my heart open and showed me I could do so much : the soft, the strong, the silly.
(It also stole my sleep, but let’s not be dramatic.)
My life blends the conventional and the unconventional. An international love story with a mariner husband, a home that moves between coastlines and time zones, a rhythm that’s anything but typical.
Now, I juggle work, travel plans, hair masks, and bedtime stories.
Some days I feel like I have it all together. Some days I eat leftovers with my kid and call it fine dining because we drew moustaches and put a vase on the table.
This space, my little corner of the internet, is where every version of me (and maybe of you) meets.
The grounded woman and the dreamer. The mom and the muse. The one who still believes in magic but also pays her bills.
Here, you’ll find reflections, rituals, travels, favorite finds, and real-life stories about creating a life that feels like yours. Not perfect, but personal.
Because we can be it all , the love, the ambition, the mess, the magic.
Here, there, and everywhere, all at once.
